Job Title: General Manager
Market Name: Phoenix Park ‘n Swap
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Summary: Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the flea market to include all related operations, ensuring that effective financial, operational and human resource controls are in place and being followed. Define short- and long-term property goals and objectives related to the scalable and sustainable growth of the business. Develops and presents an annual operating plan and capital expenditures. Facilitate and manage relationships with customers, vendors, regulatory bodies and industry leaders. Monitors compliance with deep understanding of risk, food safety, customer & vendor safety and counterfeit goods in a retail setting. Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Responsible for setting appropriate staffing levels and managing and coordinating the daily activities of the management associates, including hiring, training, performance management and development.
Establish and maintain solid relationships with governmental, community and trade organizations to enhance business operations. Ensure compliance with all local and state regulatory agencies.
Establish and maintain a guest service culture throughout the facility(s) focusing on a high and consistent level of guest service. Establish and maintain an issue free team environment for associates.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, relevant experience. Experience within a flea market venue or retail setting.
This is a Full-Time, Bonus Eligible - Salaried Position

Work Environment: The General Manager will be responsible for leading a staff of 50 individuals. Outdoor & Indoor work environment located in Phoenix, AZ
